Toms River Police Department Receives “Thank You” Note From Drunk Driver

About two-and-a-half years ago, the Toms River Police Department pulled a woman over for drunk driving. Normally that sort of punishment makes a person bitter, but after all this time, the woman sent a Christmas card to the TRPD with this note, thanking them for helping her get her life together.
