The New Secret Drink At Starbucks Is…Candy Corn?
If you like candy corn, well, first of all I pity you. There are literally no redeeming qualities to those little pieces of trash candy. I've heard rumors that it's supposed to taste like a bit of vanilla and a bit of butterscotch and a bit of pumpkin...but to me it just tastes like refined sugar and wax.
But hey, who am I to judge? Maybe you like eating sugar candles, don't let me stop you.
If candy corn is your thing, you are going to want to try out the newest "secret" drink from Starbucks - the Candy Corn Cold Brew! It doesn't seem like a real big "secret" when a bunch of websites are telling you about it, but it's still one of those things that apparently is not featured on the main menu.
This website gave step-by-step instructions on how to order, in case you want to ingest this monstrosity.
- Order a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
- Ask to substitute the vanilla for white mocha sauce
- Finally, ask for an extra pump of the pumpkin sauce in the sweet cream
That's it! I guess using vanilla and pumpkin is supposed to make it taste more like candy corn. I'll be honest, I assumed the barista at Starbucks would have to dump a bag of candy corn into your drink to complete this order, but it seems more like something that one person invented as opposed to an "officially sanctioned secret drink" from Starbucks.
