The Most Adorable Nightmare-Inducing Halloween Costume Ever

Seriously...it's a cute costume for a child, but it's still pretty damn creepy!  Add in the babbling and screeching of a child and it makes it even worse.

An inventive dad created this LED costume for his daughter, which is awesome, good for him.  Still, if I saw that running down the street after me, I might freak out.
