The Country’s Largest Indoor Amusement Park Will Be In NJ

It's really happening. Xanadu American Dream is on track to open soon, and it will be the home to Nickelodeon Universe, the largest indoor amusement park in the country!

Covering eight acres, NJ's Nickelodeon Universe will be larger than the one at the Mall of America in Minnesota. Even if you've been to the park at Mall of America, your experience will be unique because the rides are being re-branded. The park will feature the steepest roller coaster in the world and the longest spinning roller coaster in the world.

The American Dream will also be home to North America's largest indoor water park, designed by DreamWorks; KidZania, a miniature city run by kids; the first Sea Life aquarium in New Jersey; a 22,000-square-foot arcade and bowling alley for adults; a LEGOLAND discovery center; a 12-story indoor ski park with an 800-foot-long hill; a 300-foot-tall Ferris wheel; a 4-D, dine-in movie theater, and a whole separate retail area with at least a dozen stores.
