I love Thanksgiving, it's easily my favorite holiday thanks to being able to eat plenty of yummy food.  Here I've listed some of my favorite Thanksgiving recipes!  Enjoy!

Herb Roasted Turkey Breast With Pan Gravy - Delicious and can easily be adapted for a whole turkey.

Braised Kale - I love kale & it's so good for you!  So is this recipe, unless you add lots of bacon to saute with the onions.  Like I do every time I make it.

And here is a recipe that has been past down from generation to generation in my family.  It's not Thanksgiving or Christmas in my parts without this dish.  Try it!  I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

Corn Pudding (Don't be thrown off by the name, it's a corn casserole)

1 can cream corn

1 small can whole corn kernels

(1/4 to 1/2 cup milk - used to rinse out the corn cans.  Add milk to the rest of the ingredients)

1 large egg, beaten

salt & pepper to taste

sugar to taste (anywhere between 1/2 teaspoon and a couple of Tablespoons.  It depends on how sweet you like it)

a few pats of butter

3/4 to 1 full stack (depends on how thick you want your casserole) of Townhouse crackers, crumbled

Mix all ingredients together and place in a buttered casserole dish.  Place a few pats of butter on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving!
