Now in addition to the big mega millions winner, several winning tickets were sold in New Jersey, ten in all.

Going into Tuesday night's Mega Millions lottery drawing it was estimated to be worth a whopping 1.13 billion dollars.

Not all lotto games are created equal, and some tickets sold in New Jersey have a much greater expected payout and higher odds of winning than others.

The answer is pretty good. That's the good news. The bad news is that winners who bought their ticket in New Jersey, are hit with the second highest withholding percentage in the country.
