New Jersey residents face another electricity rate hike next summer, with costs increasing due to the latest PJM capacity auction.

There are cases for concern across the board but ways of addressing them in the short and long term in New Jersey.

I was originally going to talk about "heat" because I recently received the electric bill and this month's energy use almost doubled that of July 2020. I was not totally surprised because we have had a very HOT summer.
