Spooky and Delicious Halloween Cookies to Enjoy in Ocean County, NJ
September is approaching and we have already begun to see a lot of items for October, I'm talking Halloween. One of the most popular holidays in America and around the world. So it's no wonder we start in late July or August with Halloween promotions. This is what happened with this article.

April was recently shopping when she spotted these various new Halloween cookies that are already out for fall. It appears Pillsbury has teamed up with General Mills to bring the Monsters into the cookie world. Count Chocula and Frankenberry are now Pillsbury cut-out sugar cookies for Halloween this year. Obviously, the Count is chocolate and Frankie is berry flavored. Fun and tasty for Halloween, let's hope the Pillsbury Dough Boy doesn't get scared.
"The first Monster Cereals hit shelves in the early 1970s with Count Chocula, Franken Berry and Boo Berry. Frute Brute was added in 1974 and taken off the market in 1982. Four years later, Yummy Mummy hit the scene but left stores in 1992". ~ Google
In fact, Pillsbury has a few varieties of cut-out cookies just for Halloween. Including "ghost", "pumpkin", and the "Monsters". Fun and tasty treats for the whole family for this Halloween season.
In addition, April also spotted some spooky treats from Nabisco. Limited edition Oreo cookies. One is their "pumpkin spice" Oreo. It's a vanilla cookie with pumpkin spice cream. The other Oreo is a traditional chocolate cookie with orange cream and spooky Halloween designs on it. So if your looking for a candy substitute, maybe these cookies are just what you are looking for this Halloween season. Stock up on milk while you are at it lol
