Berkeley Township Elementary School will be open Monday, November 5, 2012 through Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for anyone who needs any of the following items: clothing for all ages, blankets, baby formula, diapers, wipes, toiletries, hygiene products, water, ice, food, snacks, pet supplies, and more available.

H&M Potter School at 60 Veeder Lane will be open Monday, November 5, 2012 through Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to help families displaced by the storm or without power to recharge phones and access the internet. Food & drinks will be available and there will be crafts and movies for children.

 Pleasant Plains Vol Fire Department is being set up as a drop off location for donations. We are currently accepting non-perishable food items, paper products, blankets and all baby items except furniture. Donations can be dropped off starting Tuesday, Nov 6 through Sunday, Nov 11 each day 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 Ocean County Food Bank is holding a food drive on November 10th at the Costco on Rt 70 in Brick starting at 10am. They’re looking for donations of non-perishable food as well as new pillows, pillow cases, gently used and new blankets, etc.

 The United Way of Ocean County at 650 Washington St in Toms River is asking for donations of non-perishable food which will be distributed to Ocean County residents in need.

Central Regional High School is running a shelter with hot meals, showers, and charging stations. They’re currently in need of food donations and NEW underwear and socks. They DON’T need other clothes at the moment. Drop off times are until 9pm.
