Seaside Heights Receiving Another $125,000 in “Sandy” Money from MTV

Two weeks after Hurricane Sandy destroyed Seaside Heights, The MTV "Jersey Shore" cast went on the air with a telethon to raise money towards the rebuilding of the town.

After the telethon aired, more than $600,000 was raised for Seaside Heights. But now Seaside will be receiving more money

According to Lavallette-Seaside Shorebeat, and additional $125,000 will now be donated to the beach town. No reason has been stated on why Seaside Heights will be receiving more money, but the money is coming after months of negotiations . Read the entire story here.
