I want to take a second and think, what is New Jersey's next big up-and-coming town? Personally, I'll sing Ocean Gate, New Jersey's praises until the cows come home. I think it's an amazing little bayfront community that has a lot to offer its full-time residents.

But I've heard other places like Edgwater are considered to be pretty up-and-coming, and there are a lot of places all over the state that are trying to reimage themselves to attract new residents.
