Pugapalooza Returns To Asbury Park This Weekend
The PUG SQUAD is coming back to Asbury Park for another Pugapalooza!
May 3rd through May 5th, events will be taking place at various locations around Asbury Park, all in celebration of that adorable wrinkled little mess, the pug.
The weekend kicks off Friday evening at Dark City Brewery, with a "meet-and-greet" from 5-8pm. There's a suggested $5 donation, and the night includes appetizers and door prizes.
On Saturday, the always dog-friendly Wonder Bar hosts the main event with be gift baskets, vendors, and music (suggested donation of $10).
Finally the weekend wraps up on Sunday with a "Pug Brunch" back at the Wonder Bar from 11am-1pm followed by the "Pink Your Pug Out Parade" down the boardwalk at 1pm. Brunch is $15 and the promenade is free.
Proceeds from Pugapalooza benefit Pug Squad, an organization that works to help pug rescue.
