Popcorn Park’s Newest Resident is Looking For Sponsors

Say hi to Kit! Kit is a Silver Fox who just recently made the journey from Kentucky to Popcorn Park Refuge in Forked River. (Look at that face!)

A family in Kentucky purchased Kit at a flea market to keep as a pet, but Fish & Wildlife found out about it through social media and confiscated Kit, since owning a wild animal is not permitted without proper permits.

Kit could not be released back into the wild since he has been domesticated, so he was sent to Popcorn Park to live a happy life.
