After Years Of Being Vacant, A New Restaurant Has Opened In The Old Crave In Toms River, NJ
Downtown Toms River is going through some seriously delicious changes right now, and I don't know about you, but I'm here for it.
Smokies Craft Barbecue is getting ready to open its second Ocean County location right on Main Street
A new ice cream shop moved into downtown Toms River over the summer, more on that right here.
And from what I recall, Spire Coffee House is also getting ready to open a location in Downtown Toms River.
More on the new Spire Coffeehouse right here.
Now, it looks like something has finally opened where Crave used to be, right at the intersection of Main Street and Washington.
What Opened Up Where Crave Used To Be In Toms River, NJ?
If you don't remember Crave, it was a pretty decent restaurant in Toms River, I was a big fan of their nachos, it was a staple each week to grab some for lunch.
But Crave kind of closed, seemingly out of nowhere, and the building sat vacant for what seemed like forever.
Then slowly but surely, as I'd walk around Toms River leading up to my Afternoon Show on 105.7 The Hawk to clear my mind and get ready to hit the air, I noticed the old Crave was looking different.
It started with signs on the windows, a help-wanted flyer on the front door, and new tables and chairs being set up inside.
And now, it looks like Pho 34 has opened a new location right here in Downtown Toms River.
Pho 34 also has a location in Matawan and serves up fresh and authentic Pho food.
