Perkins Griddle And Go Is About To Open Its First New Jersey Location
Get ready to say hello to the Perkins of the future.
If you recall, the Perkins that used to be located right off 9 in Lacey Township closed up shop a few months back and people were devasted.
It was one of the few remaining Perkins Restaurants near the Shore, and it will soon be reimagined as an Ihop, more on that here.
But there's still a future for Perkins at the Jersey Shore, and it's kind of a futuristic take on the restaurant for breakfast lovers who are on the go.

Perkins Griddle and Go is like a cafe take on the traditional Perkins.
According to APP, you'll be able to get the traditional breakfast food that you know and love from Perkins, but there's also a focus on the restaurant's line of sandwiches.
And the Go is a very important part of this new Perkins concept; the restaurants will be able to seat roughly 65 people inside but Perkins Griddle and Go will also have a heavy focus on making sure people can get their food quickly and to go.
When Will Perkins Griddle And Go Open In New Jersey?
Perkins Griddle and God is actually going to be part of a 10-store franchise that's getting ready to take Jersey by storm.
