Pat DiNizio Will Receive Dual Honors

The Township of Scotch Plains, home of Smithereens' founder Pat DiNizio, has announced the memorial naming of a street in DiNizio's honor.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has also announced that DiNizio would be included in this year's "In Memoriam" segment.

Every now and then, Pat pops back into my head, and a wave of sadness hits me. It's nice to see that his hometown is honoring him, and definitely nice to see the Hall being sure to include him in this year's video.
