Ocean County Ice Cream Shop Closes Doors For Good

When I moved to Barnegat about 9 months ago, I had to leave behind Sundae's in Brick and find a new ice cream spot. There ended up being a few spots nearby my house, and one that my family enjoyed was Candiqueen's on Route 9.

We won't be able to visit anymore, because last week, Candiqueen's announced they would be closing their doors for good.

The other places I've enjoyed are still open, so when it's time to get Baby Varacchi a treat (or just myself, let's be honest) I'll have to hit Sweet Jenny's or the Ice Cream Shop of Manahawkin or our favorite so far, Mrs. Walker's.
