The New York Rangers are doing something special during their game against the Anaheim Ducks tonight at Madison Square Garden.

The Rangers are partnering up with the "You Can Play Project" to "spread the message of acceptance and respect within the hockey community".

According to the, "You Can Play" website, they are:

an organization dedicated to the safety and inclusion of all participants across the world of sports, including LGBTQ athletes, coaches, and fans. Their mission is to create a culture change where locker rooms and spectator areas focus on athletic ability, work ethic, and team spirit, not sexual orientation and/or gender identity.

There will be game night activities tonight, and online auctions where you can bid on warm-up sticks wrapped in rainbow pride tape through Steiner Sports to raise money for "You Can Play".
