The #1 Convenience Store In America Can Be Found In New Jersey
When you stop to grab a coffee, breakfast sandwich, soda, or snack today while in the Garden State, there's a good chance that you'll be stopping at what was just ranked as the number one convenience store in the United States.
The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI) has released its first-ever list of the best convenience chains in America, and one of Jersey's favorites took the number 1 spot.

When I mention the best convenience store, what comes to mind for you?
I always think of Buc-ee's, I've never been there myself since the closest one to Jersey is like 500 miles south, but I've heard stories about how it's the best convenience store on the planet.
According to Morningstar, buc-ee's did make the ASCI list of best convenience stores, but it was ranked number two with a score of 81 out of 100.
If you're thinking of Quikcheck or 711, they're both good in their own right, but neither of them was ranked as the number one convenience store.

Wawa Ranked As The Number 1 Convenience Store In America
It may not be a surprise to anyone who's ever been to a Wawa, but they brought in an ASCI score of 82 out of 100.
And what's not to love about Wawa? You can get a Wawa hoagie and good coffee, and their soft pretzels are out of this world.
If you're for some reason a Sheetz fan, they made the ASCI list of best convenience stores for 2024 as well, they pulled in a 79 out of 100.
I used to live in Sheetz country while working out of State College, PA, I thank God every day I'm back in Wawa territory!
By the way, sometimes the person making your Wawa order judges you.
