Earlier this year, we were in Boston for my cousin's wedding and decided one morning to go ahead and get some breakfast sandwiches.

Being a New Jersey resident, I had some pretty high expectations for what a breakfast sandwich should be.

Needless to say, what we got didn't hold a light to what we're used to in Jersey.

Earlier this week I swung by Bagel Bistro and Grill in Toms River, and just a simple egg and cheese bagel on a fresh bagel absolutely blew me away!

I had to wipe a tear away, that's just a beautiful sandwich.
