The great restaurant we're talking about is Black Horse Tavern and Pub. According to its website, they are the "oldest continually running restaurant" in New Jersey, with nearly 300 years of serving the Garden State.
That definitely qualifies them as the most historic restaurant in New Jersey, so it sounds like an excellent choice.
