Manasquan man arrested for DWI also facing drug charges in Ocean Township
A Manasquan man who was found unconscious behind the wheel at a green light on West Park Avenue on Highway 35 in Monmouth's Ocean Township Wednesday night is facing some serious charges ahead.

Ryan Monaghan, 32, was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest at which time police also found 50-grams of marijuana in his car.
He's being charged with the drug offenses, Driving While Intoxicated and multiple motor vehicle violations.
Monaghan was released pending a future court appearance.
