Big changes are coming to the Barnegat Peninsula food scene this summer, and it's something that has me very excited. There's nothing I love seeing more than local businesses opening and expanding, preparing to bring something tasty to the masses at the beach over the summer.
New Food Stands Are Coming To Seaside Heights, NJ This Summer

Last week, we learned that there's a new pickle stand getting ready to open Memorial Day weekend on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk called Grill My Dill. This place specializes in all things pickle-related, from fried pickles to pickles on a stick to pickle beverages, and so much more. Grill My Dill will be located at the kiosks near Ocean View Restaurant on the Boardwalk.
In addition to Grill My Dill, one of the more popular sit-down restaurants on the island is getting ready to expand soon, and it has people excited.

The Lobster Dock is known for its raw bar, fresh seafood, and a wide selection of menu favorites like the lobster roll and the Mahi sandwich.

For years, the Lobster Dock has operated out of Ortley Beach at 1960 Route 35 North, but soon, it'll have a sister location a few miles north on the island.
According to social media, the Lobster Dock will soon have a second location open for operation in Normandy Beach.

The new location of the Lobster Dock will be found at 3632 Route 35 North, the former home of Crabby Rick's.
