It's hard to get noticed, get recognized for your gifts and abilities.

One of the groups of individuals who know this feeling are high school athletes trying to show their own coaches what they can do but more-so showing their talent and ability to college coaches and recruits.

You do things the right way, you compete, you work hard, the results are there -- something has to be missing -- right?

Nico Steriti went from tearing up the turf on a highly talented and successful Toms River High School East Raiders football team to doing so for the University of New Hampshire.

In the years that have followed, he has developed S3 to help athletes of all ages prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically for their journey ahead.

More recently, he has put into action a game changing concept that will forever change the landscape of how high school football players from New Jersey can make it big at the FBS level or FCS.

Earlier this year, Steriti launched the Elite 7 v 7 tournament where 64 young athletes took the field in Tinton Falls.
