It's a pretty simple concept: strap a GoPro to the back of an animal and let it do whatever it does.  It works beautifully in this video.

 

That is so cool.  My limited knowledge of eagles includes the fact that they are mostly gliders, they don't flap their wings as often as a smaller bird does.  They use their wings to take off and land, but for the most part while they're in the air, they just glide around. I believe that's what makes this shot so smooth, instead of the bird shaking around the whole time, he's just up there relaxing and enjoying the same views we are. Awesome.
