Okay, so it's not white water rafting. It's called Stand-up Paddleboarding known as "SUP" amongst outdoors fanactics and it is pretty awesome!

We were hanging out with Mike from Neptune SUP Tours who gave us the run down on SUP-ping, and there is no better person to learn from - he paddleboarded up the ENTIRE ATLANTIC COAST from Key West to Portland! It's a BYOB kind of sport...Bring Your Own Balance.
