Hand’s On LBI Will Remain Open
A couple weeks ago we shared the sad news that after nearly 70 years, the Hand's department store in Beach Haven on LBI would be closing.
Since then, things have changed, and Hand's announced via Facebook that instead of closing, they would just be changing ownership.
The "winter sale" will continue until March 15th. After that, Hand's will work on stocking up for the summer season.
Most people, residents and tourists alike, probably can't remember a time when Hand's wasn't on LBI, so it's awesome news to hear that it will stay for years to come.
