Getting Ready for the Toms River Halloween Parade [VIDEO]

As I was driving to work today, I noticed that people are already reserving their spot along Main Street for TOMORROW'S Halloween Parade. There were chairs already set lining the parade route

I had no idea that people do this. I was shocked.....The parade is still more than 24 hours away!

I had to take a closer look. I grabbed my cell phone. Took a walk down Main Street and started video taping. I got to chat with some very nice people. Enjoy
