Fairy Tale Forest Is Returning To North Jersey
Fairy Tale Forest in Oak Ridge closed way back in 2005. Over the past year or two, word had spread that a renovation was underway, and now we finally have a planned Opening Day.
Before the park itself opens, a restaurant called Fables will open on March 4th. It will feature a casual dining environment with New American cuisine, as well as ice cream, snacks, and an organic juice bar.
The park is aiming to be open to the public for Memorial Day Weekend, but there is something of a twist. Since they closed, vandals have been sneaking into the property and stealing various items. The park is offering amnesty to anyone who has a piece of the park, and will allow them to be returned anonymously. If you (or anyone you know) does have something from the park, it can be left under the iconic boot.
