Around Jersey, there are a lot of places that claim to be dive bars, that may not be, so let's clear the air: What exactly is a dive bar? The definition can honestly vary from person to person, but I believe a dive bar is a place that's quiet, people are there to have a few drinks and relax, so there's no loud music, drinks are usually cheap, and the bartenders can either be the friendliest people on the planet, or total jerks to you if you're acting up, as they should.
