Now, Dave Portnoy is no stranger to New Jersey; he's seen in the Garden State all the time checking out some of our amazing pizza places.

In fact, he claims that one of the best pizzas he's ever had in his life was from New Jersey.

A little place called De Lucia's in Raritan got that honor, you can read more about why Dave Portnoy said he loved that place right here.

But let's get back to the Jersey Shore; Dave was recently seen off Atlantic City Boulevard in South Toms River holding a pizza and filming a video in front of a pizza shop that's been around for less than a year, and the scores are in.

The 90's 90-themed pizzeria is family-owned and operated, and according to Dave Portnoy, this place deserved 8.2 out of 10, which on the scale of reviews is pretty damn good!

Here's Dave's full review of PaciDough's Pizza in Toms River:

If you're not familiar with PaciDough's, their pizza is naturally leavened and their menu is just chock full of fun 90's references.

For example, you can get the Roni Soprano Pie: pepperoni, roasted shallots, jalapenos, bacon, and sweet heat pepperoni ranch.

Or you could go with the Super Mario Meatballs; homemade meatballs in a sauce served with fresh bread.

And who could forget about The On Where We Add Garlic Parm To The Fries? A fun Friends reference for their garlic truffle fries that are to die for.

If you're not in South Toms River, be sure to check out all of these amazing pizza shops in Jersey Dave's reviewed over the years.

Dave Portnoy, commonly known as El Presidente, is the founder of Barstool Sports. Somewhere along the way, he decided to start reviewing local pizzerias, and the concept took off. This isn't the entire list, but it's a small sample to get you started.
