Brick Police continue their crackdown on narcotics related deals and offenses with the arrest of two residents for heroin possession in the Laurelton Mobile Home Park.

The BTPD Street Crimes Unit, Patrol Division, K-9 Unit and Detectives executed three separate search warrants at a residence on Greenville Drive, 3rd Street and on a vehicle.

Their investigation led to the the seizure of approximately 200 wax folds of heroin packaged for resale, assorted CDS Paraphernalia, Hypodermic Syringes and undisclosed quantities of Suboxone and Adderall.

Rachel O’Brien, 36, Brick, is charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Distribution of Heroin.

She was was lodged in Ocean County Jail following her arrest.

Janet Lombardo, 36, Brick was arrested for Possession of Heroin, Possession of Adderall, Possession of Suboxone, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia and Possession of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute and was released on a summons.

Chief Riccio said the investigation followed complaints coming in from several concerned citizens who suspected CDS sales were occurring at the two homes.

He extended his gratitude Monday to the concerned citizens who stepped forward and assisted our officers in getting these dangerous drugs off the street.

"We enjoy a great working relationship with our community and encourage anyone who suspects criminal activity to contact our department," Chief Riccio said.

Recently, Brick Police along with the Ocean County Prosecutors Office on some cases have arrested a number of residents responsible for drug related offenses.
