Brick Hints At Bringing In Trader Joe’s

We've seen lots of empty storefronts around Brick lately, and there have been plenty of rumors/suggestions about what could/would/should take over those spaces.

Word around our office, however, is that Trader Joe's is a strong favorite to take over a location in Brick Plaza.

Brick's Mayor Ducey spoke to students at Saint Dominic School about the new sports dome being built on Route 70, and the Gravity Vault coming to Brick Plaza. What caught my coworker's eye, though, was Ducey mentioning the possiblity of a Trader Joe's coming to Brick.

The main buzz involves Trader Joe's taking over the former location of Ethan Allen in Brick Plaza, which has been used in recent years seasonally by Spirit Halloween.

Obviously none of this is official yet, but we'll be sure to keep you updated!
