Jersey Shore Eateries For When You Have The Munchies

Marijuana is now legal in New Jersey, which means those who are celebrating will be getting the munchies. Pizza, burgers, French fries, ice cream, do you have a go to treat when you have the munchies?!

So, what exactly are "the munchies"? A study published by Nature Neuroscience, says that the munchies happen because of the psychoactive component of cannabis, Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC interacts with the cannabinoid receptors in the brain, specifically with the receptor known as CB1.

Nature Neuroscience found that people eat more food after using weed because the smell and taste of things grows intensely.

Most importantly, I put together a top 20 list of the best Jersey Shore eateries for when you have the munchies. Now that weed is legal, I guess I can put a list like this together. I won't get fired, right?
