New Jersey's Best City To Retire In Has Been Revealed
Each year, US News releases its findings on the best places to retire based on things like affordable housing, tax rates, and healthcare systems.
The number 1 place to retire to in 2025 is Naples Florida, not surprisingly, a lot of people retire to the Sunshine State.
But if you want to stay in Jersey, US News reports that Trenton is the best city in Jersey to retire in.
Now, when I think of places I'd like to retire to in Jersey, Trenton doesn't really make the list.

However, US News makes a few good points about Trenton; housing is fairly affordable when compared to other parts of the state.
Trenton has a unique blend of "old vs. new", there's a lot of revolutionary history within the city as well as a bright future as the city is constantly evolving and trying to better itself.
Personally, I'd rather plop myself on a beach to live out the rest of my life, but if you want easy access to public transportation, major cities, and a wide variety of things to do I can see why Trenton might be appealing.
