Barbecue is a big deal in my house, and whenever a list comes out claiming to have found the best of the best in the state, I'm all ears.

And New Jersey is no joke when it comes to barbecue, there are so many great places to get either some pulled pork, ribs, or brisket.

Personally, I think a Barbecue spot is the absolute best when it's from a hole-in-the-wall place that has wood smokers goin' out front.

Since moving to the Jersey Shore I've had the chance to try a few barbecue joints that were to die for.

I'm a big fan of Smokies Craft Barbeque in Bayville. I think their BBQ pulled pork sandwich is out of this world and has the perfect combination of sweetness and kick.

Dickey's Barbecue Pit is also really good, I've tried their Brisket and it was out of this world, plus their sides were great.

My all-time favorite Barbecue is actually made by my dad, he uses a secret blend of spices that he came up with that create the perfect char and flavor.
