Beach Haven Police Arrest Man For Plastic Wrap “Bikini”

Last week, a man was spotted on the Ocean Street beach in Beach Haven. On-lookers said he was wearing a homemade "bikini" made of clear plastic wrap, which left little to nothing to the imagination.

Beach Haven Police posted pictures (from the chest up) to Facebook, asking for the public's help in identifying the man.

It didn't take long for them to get information, including the man's name. Beach Haven Detective Joseph Boehler arrested 59-year-old Stephen Wojciehowski of Cedar Run and charged him with lewdness. Wojciehowski was released pending future court proceedings.
