American Dream Mega-Mall Is Open Once Again
It has been a rough ride for the American Dream Mega-Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
What took almost twenty years to build, American Dream FINALLY open last October just to close six months later due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This past summer, I was going to finally check out Big SNOW, the indoor ski slope at American Dream, but that never happened due to the shutdown. They reopened its door on September 1st with limiting the number of guests in the park at a given time. Tickets must be purchased in advance online
Today they opened their doors once again with a lot more things to offer. with the debut of DreamWorks Water Park and the Angry Birds Not-So-Mini Golf Club. The Rink and Out of this World Blacklight Mini Golf is also opening today.
There will be many social distancing rules in place including plenty of sanitizing the rides and attractions after each use, and temperature checks before entering the parks as well.
There will also be approximately eighty retail stores open this time around so you can get plenty of shopping done.
One of the best things about the mall reopening is that parking is FREE for the time being. No word from mall officials on when they will start charging once again
