There are certain places you can't have enough of at the Shore. Wawas, Dunkins, and Italian Markets.

You know all about Plaza 35 in Eatontown getting a redo with new stores set to open and a fresh coat of paint going on.

There's also a nearby offshoot called Plaza 35 Village. We've learned that a nail salon is opening up in this space. C'mon, what retail center in Jersey is complete without a nail salon?

The new business that has everyone talking is an Italian Market that already has the Shore drooling.

Let me give you some examples.

You've likely heard of Pastosa Ravioli. They have two locations in Monmouth County already in Wall Township and Manalapan.

Anthony Ajello of Pastosa Ravioli told APP that he hopes to have the Eatontown location open by early 2022.

Pastosa has roots in New York. The pasta is made fresh daily in their Brooklyn factory.  The Eatontown market will have plenty of room for the meats, cheeses, homemade sausage, and bakery with a 6,000-square-foot location.

Trust me. If you have an event you need catering for, Pastosa Ravioli will leave everyone talking, and asking for seconds.

After all of this talk about Italian specialties, I'm majorly craving eggplant parm and cannoli right now. Is it just me?
