Why is this Lower Parking Lot for Sale in Bayville, NJ
This has a lot of people scratching their heads, including me. Why would this lower parking lot be for sale in Bayville, NJ?
This is the parking lot in front of Central Middle School, right off of the Berkeley exit on the Garden State Parkway. Now, I understand that maybe bathrooms, another convenience store might be a good thing because of easy access on and off of the Parkway. This is just so strange to me, though.
Is this parking lot not owned by Central Regional. This is where the Juniors, 11th Graders park their cars because they are not allowed to park in the parking lot on the High School campus. Or, maybe it's because there's no room in the main parking lot for the 11th Grade cars.
If that becomes a rest stop or another convenience store, there could be a lot of traffic right around the middle school and high school. I know when the 7-Eleven moved into that location across from the high school, there was some concern. It seems to be working out pretty well.
But, if another store or restaurant moves in there, there could be a lot of traffic right in front of the middle school, that's crazy.
Why is this parking lot for sale?
Does the school own it? Will there be more parking added to the high school? Behind the school? There doesn't seem to be a lot of room behind the school with the playing fields right there.
Anyone know?
