Wawa Finds ‘Hope In The Helpers’
Usually "Wawa Day" is filled with in-store celebrations like free coffee or discounted sandwiches. With the state of the world, Wawa will skip the party and instead "Find Hope In The Helpers", honoring the first responders and essential personnel that are helping us all get through this.
In a statement, Wawa also announced that
The Wawa Foundation will make an additional donation of $250,000 to our COVID-19 Emergency Food Distribution Fund making more funds available to the non-profit “helpers” fighting hunger and serving so many in need during this crisis. Organizations throughout our market area can apply for funds by visiting thewawafoundation.org.
