NASA's Wallops Flight Facility will be launching a rocket from their base at 5:39pm. After about 60 seconds, people in Cape May will be able to see it; Atlantic County residents will need to wait about 90 seconds; Ocean County will see it in about two minutes; Monmouth County will take between 120 and 150 seconds, and the rest of the state will see it around three minutes after launch.

All of this is obviously subject to delays, so we'll keep you updated with any new info we find.
