Toms River Native Tyler Grob Graduates From Basic Military Training [Warrior of the Week]
Townsquare Media and the Jay & Linda Grunin Foundation are teaming up to salute our local heroes with our Warrior of the Week program.
Congratulations to Tyler Grob, our Warrior of the Week for the week of June 4th, 2018.
U.S. Air Force Airman Tyler Grob graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Grob is the son of Ted and Jen Grob of Toms River and is a 2017 graduate of Toms River High School.
Congratulations to Tyler Grob, our Warrior of the Week.
Do you know a deserving past or present military member? Nominate them now. Every Military Monday, we’ll share one of the nominations and honor that person as our Warrior of the Week.
