I love cheesesteaks, it's shredded steak, cheese, and onions, and if you're feeling really crazy you can throw in some bacon or mushrooms.

What's not to love?

I'm originally from the Philly suburbs, and I've been very surprised at the delicious cheesesteaks I've found since moving to the Jersey Shore!

From Steak Zone in Lanoka Harbor to the Speakeatery in Asbury, I've had some good cheesesteaks.

The big thing for me is the roll; it has to be able to support everything in the cheesesteak, have a crunchy exterior, and have a nice soft interior.

However, I may have had one of the most unique cheesesteaks ever a few months ago at the Monmouth Park Italian Festival, and it technically didn't even have a roll.

It was a cheesesteak stuffed inside a soft pretzel.

Absolute game changer!

I got it from a food truck, and although I'd never heard of the place before, I haven't been able to stop thinking about this sandwich.

Now, that food truck is getting ready to open its first brick-and-mortar restaurant, and all I can think about is getting that soft pretzel cheesesteak again.

What Popular NJ Food Truck Is Opening Its First Restaurant?

Outside of those soft pretzel cheesesteaks, this place also makes cheesesteak egg rolls and twisted fries (cheesesteak fries) all of which come in a variety of flavors.

APP reports that Twisted Steaks will be opening its first brick-and-mortar restaurant in the New Egypt section of Plumsted New Jersey.

If you're familiar with the area you'd recognize that they're moving into the former Sweet Carolina Barbecue Company.

The menu is still being finalized because, in addition to everything they serve on the food truck, they'll also have some items that aren't.

When Will Twisted Steaks Open Up Its Plumsted NJ Restaurant?

According to APP, the new restaurant will open at 55 Main Street in the New Egypt section of Plumsted on February 11th.

The new restaurant plans on being able to seat up to 25 diners and will also be available for takeout.
