It's back to school time. You have to get the kids and grand-kids back into a routine, back on schedule. And after a long Summer, it's not easy to do.

My cousin, Lisa Hillman, a licensed Clinical Social Worker who lives in Manalapan, was asked to contribute to an article written in by Stephanie Forton about 10 tips for starting off the school year right.

Some of the things my cousin suggested to help with the new school year are:

  • Set a Routine
  • Get Enough Rest
  • Be Consistent
  • Don't over-schedule
