The Last Drive-In Theater In NJ Is Open For 2019
While Seaside Heights is holding their own run of drive-in movies, if you're willing to take a slightly longer drive to Vineland you can take part in some retro nostalgia at New Jersey's last official drive-in movie theater.
The Delsea Drive-In was built in 1949 and remains open during the weekends from spring through October. They have 2 screens, and a double-feature is always part of the experience.
Right now on Screen One, you can see M. Night Shyamalan's latest "Glass" followed by Jordan Peele's "Us". Screen Two is more family-friendly, with a double-feature made up of "How To Train Your Dragon" and "Alita: Battle Angel".
There's a whole FAQ section to answer questions about rain, pets, food, and other policies of the theater.
