So recently, we've been hearing about a lot of popular stores around Jersey closing.

The big one is Lidl.

It announced the closing of two stores over the past week or so, and you can check it all out right here.

It's always tough to see a store say it's going to close up shop, especially when it's the kind of place that always has a good deal for shoppers like you and me who are looking to save a few bucks.

On the flip side though, it appears as though one of the most popular retailers in the country is getting ready to open up another New Jersey location.

Whether you're a loyal follower of this place or not, odds are you've swung in here for a few things and then ended up spending a little more money than you intended.

It happens.

In fact, most of the furniture in my apartment came from this place, and part of that is because my wife works for this company but mostly it's because it's good stuff at a decent price.

What Popular Retailer Is Getting Ready To Open Another New Jersey Location?

A grand opening is on the way on July 16th, but this store was unveiled in Eatontown Plaza, replacing the old Vingo, China Buffet, and Buy Buy Baby.

According to NJ.com, Target is opening its latest small-format store in the Garden State.

Eatontown's small format store joins three others in the state in Haddon Township, Parsippany-Troy Hills, and Closter.

Located at 56 Route 36 in the Eatontown Plaza, this is New Jersey's 51st Target and it looks like they're currently hiring.
