Believe it or not there is actually a volcano in New Jersey with a community of homes built right on top of it...is it in your town?

It last erupted somewhere between 360 and 440 million years ago, depending on who you ask.

The question that we've all asked ourselves at one point has been answered!

This is the Marum Crater on Ambrym Island in the Republic of Vanuatu in the South Pacific Ocean. This volcano is very active, very dangerous and, reportedly, no one has ever been this close to the business end of the volcano. But explorers Sam Cossman and George Kourounis wanted to change all of that.

Where is the nearest volcano?  I need to replicate this!
