A New Jersey skincare specialist way overstepped with her spa services, offering unlicensed medical procedures and has been shut down and fined. It’s the latest crackdown in Union County, state regulators said.

When New Jersey-based Bed, Bath and Beyond folded, it took its sister brands with it. Now, different new owners have plans to reopen a few of the stores customers have been missing.

The incident happened in an apartment complex parking lot in Union Township on Monday afternoon. The pedestrian remained in the ICU on Tuesday.

The popular fast food chain with a strong Christian culture has opened almost 60 locations across New Jersey. They wanted to help ease customer demand at the nearby Union location.
