So today's storm was definitely underwhelming in terms of snowfall amounts in Ocean County. We had to deal with rain, wind, flooding, and beach erosion throughout the day.
A lot of digging out will be happening tonight and tomorrow in North and West Jersey while officials evaluate how our beaches held up from today's storm

It's been over 4 years since Joey Harrison's Surf Club in Ortley Beach has been open for business because of it being destroyed by Hurricane Sandy, and it's been about a year and a half since the club was officially demolished and the site was cleared, never to be seen again.
I took a trip to the boardwalk this afternoon to check out the heavy surf and rain from the Nor'easter smacking around the Jersey Shore today.
Most people are thankful that the temperatures aren't 10-15 degrees colder or we would be dealing with a snowy nightmare (sorry snow plow operators)

The annual Seaside Heights Easter Egg Hunt that was supposed to take place this Sunday, has been postponed due to the coastal storm coming our way this weekend. Officials have rescheduled the event for next Saturday 3/26 at 1p
